The adhesive bonds effectively to unprepared metals and engineered thermoplastics, including XENOY, polycarbonate, ABS, and acrylics. With impressive temperature resistance from -40°F to +300°F, it maintains strength in demanding conditions. The glass microbead-infused formula ensures controlled minimum bondline width. When cured, this tan-colored adhesive demonstrates excellent tensile strength of 4,650 psi and 30% elongation. It effectively resists moisture, salt spray, weathering, and various chemicals including dilute acids, alkalis, solvents, oils, and greases.
